Zandies Refund, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Due to the nature of food products, Zandies does not accept returns on candy items. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re happy to help if there’s an issue with your order.

Eligible Issues

Zandies offers a refund, exchange, or store credit if any of the following occur:

     - Your order arrives damaged

     - You receive the wrong item

     - There is a quality issue with the product upon arrival

Time-frame

     - Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery

     - A brief description of the issue

     - Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly

Once approved, refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued at no additional cost.


Important Notes About Candy Products

     - Zandies does not ship expired candy

     - Candy texture may vary due to temperature, humidity, or shipping conditions

     - Changes in firmness or texture caused by environmental factors are not considered defects

Because candy is a food item and cannot be safely resold, returns are not accepted, but Zandies will always work with customers to resolve eligible issues fairly.
